Returns & Exchanges
All unopened non-consumable items may be exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. All opened non-consumable items may be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase for an item of the same make and model only if the item has a manufacturer defect causing the item not to work. Consumable items such as eLiquid, resistance wire, pre-wrapped atomizers, and cleaning supplies are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. There are no warranties on any smoke shop items or disposables.

Disclaimer on Returns

No returns on coils and eLiquid if used. Returns are 30 days on hardware for manufacturing defects only.

Any shipping cost associated with returning product is at the consumer’s expense.
