SHIPPING
We ship via USPS First Class, which takes 1-5 business days. We process all orders the same or the next business day. Large orders and wholesale orders ship via USPS Priority mail or FedEx Ground. We do offer international shipping. For overnight shipping quotes, please contact us by email at [email protected].

We strive to sell the best products from the best manufactures. We may offer returns on a case-by-case basis. Open or unused products are not eligible for return unless we shipped you the wrong item.

WARRANTY
There is a 7 day Manufacturer’s Warranty on most hardware products for manufacturer defects ONLY. This does not cover owner abuse or products that become damaged. Outside the 7 day window, consumer can contact the manufacturer directly.  There is NO WARRANTY on disposables, eLiquids, coils, or smoke shop items.  Warranty only covers exchange for same or equal product or store credit.  There are NO REFUNDS.
